Can I use my HSA for your services?

We have clients who have got an HSA reimbursement, using the invoice we provide and a letter of medical necessity from their doctor. This can be written for a variety of conditions that are improved by a structured exercise program, including depression, anxiety, diabetes, pain, fatigue, and more.

Do you accept insurance for services?

We do not bill insurance as a clinic, however, we can provide you with an invoice for you to give to your insurance for possible reimbursement. The amount of reimbursement depends on your insurance plan and you coordinating with your doctor on a letter of medical necessity which we can provide a template for.

What is the background of Mindeo?

Mindeo is the “brain child” of Xenia Kachur, who in 2016 suffered a brain injury during a rock climbing accident. It left her unable to run, think clearly, sleep, and connect with loved ones. Desperate for healing, she consulted experts in brain health, nutrition, sports medicine, and mental health, trying a range of treatments and tracking her progress closely. This tumultuous process of research and discovery led to the creation of Mindeo, the leader in brain fitness.

How does Mindeo work?

Mindeo clients engage in Brain Fitness Programs (NeuroRevive, NeuroBuild, NeuroTransform). Our 1, 8, and 12 week Brain Fitness Programs consist of regular SynapFit™️ Sessions, that are structured to create compounding benefits and rapidly improve brain fitness.

What is Cognitive Vitality?

Cognitive Vitality is a measure of brain fitness. It includes the key areas of our daily life experience: cognitive ability, energy, and mood and stress resilience.

What is brain fitness?

Brain fitness is the brain’s physical health and ability to support mood, cognitive ability, and energy levels.

What should I wear?

You'll be lightly moving during your SynapFit™️ sessions. We recommend you wear comfortable clothing that's easy to move in, and you don't need special or athletic footwear. Pants and longsleeves are fine, but we would recommend not wearing tight fitting clothing like jeans or button up shirts, for example.

Do I need to be a very active person?

SynapFit™️ sessions combine bioaccelerating technology and movement to improve brain fitness. The sessions are tailored to your mobility and health. You are in a seated position during this time. The experience is personalized, and private, with your Brain Fitness Coach guiding you through the session. However, it is not a workout, or personal training – the goal is not to get worn out, or to push yourself hard. Mindeo's bioaccelerating equipment does the hard work for you.

It is easy to get started with a SynapFit™️ intro session. This gives you a chance to get familiar with the session and experience how it feels.
