What is this new way to support mental clarity, resilience, memory, sleep, focus and mental energy?

Most approaches train either the brain or the body. Mindeo's SynapFit® session brings them together in a personalized session that is private and coach-led. This gives your brain and body the most benefit possible by giving your brain what it needs. Not a conventional gym, not a sudoku or brain training app.

Chiara's story

Want to regain your cognitive confidence?

At 67 years old, Chiara understands better than most that longevity requires deliberate, proactive care. With a history of dementia in her family, Chiara has always been fiercely committed to doing everything in her power to stay clear, crisp, and completely on top of her daily life. A fall prompted her to take action and come try Mindeo for herself after a friend recommended it.

"Mindeo has given me confidence in my capacity to work with my brain, as opposed to just giving up and assuming the brain is just going to go downhill."

"This book sheds light on the missing piece: brain inflammation. So many of us are left without effective treatment options and with no answers. Until now. Kachur expertly distills hundreds of scientific studies into an accessible guide, unveiling the surprising link between inflammation and mental well-being, and then provides tools to do something about it. It’s a must-read."

Client Experiences at Mindeo

People love their Mindeo experience💗

The specialized equipment and coaching help ensure your brain and body get the benefits that science says are possible, every session. People feel the impact in weeks, not months.

Where Mindeo Started

Mindeo is the “brain child” of founder and CEO Xenia Kachur, a biomedical engineer who in 2016 suffered a brain injury during a rock climbing accident. It left her unable to run, think clearly, sleep, and connect with loved ones. Desperate for healing, she consulted experts in brain health, nutrition, sports medicine, and mental health, trying a range of treatments and tracking her progress closely. This tumultuous process of research and discovery led to the creation of Mindeo, the leader in brain fitness.

Whether brain health is affected by aging, stress, injury, illness, or poor health, the impact can be life-changing. Today, Mindeo supports clients with cognitive longevity, cognitive resilience and building cognitive reserve, improving mental clarity and mental energy, and challenges relating to energy, sleep, and mood.

Xenia published the bestselling book, Mindfire, in May 2024. It is an easy-to-read and powerful deep dive on brain health and chronic inflammation, and shines a spotlight on what science says every person can do themselves to improve both. It became the bestseller in the Medicine and Psychology category on Amazon in its first week and received acclaim from researchers, physicians, Olympic and NFL athletes, and people of all ages.

Frequently asked questions

How does Mindeo work?

Mindeo clients engage in Brain Fitness Programs. Our specialized Brain Fitness Programs consist of regular SynapFit® Sessions, that are structured to create compounding benefits and rapidly improve brain fitness.

What is Cognitive Vitality?

Cognitive Vitality is a measure of brain fitness. It includes the key areas of our daily life experience: cognitive ability, energy, and mood and stress resilience.

Why is brain fitness important?

The brain is often overlooked in discussions of health and wellness, despite being the most vital organ in the body and the lens through which we see and interact with the world around us. Neglecting brain health can lead to a variety of negative symptoms, including cognitive decline and emotional instability. It is crucial to prioritize brain health proactively, just like any other organ, to ensure optimal function and well-being.

What is brain fitness?

Brain fitness is the brain’s physical performance and ability to support mood, cognitive ability, and energy levels.

What should I wear?

You'll be lightly moving during your SynapFit® exercise sessions. We recommend you wear comfortable clothing that's easy to move in, and you don't need special or athletic footwear. Pants and longsleeves are fine, but we would recommend not wearing tight fitting clothing like jeans or button up shirts, for example.

Do I need to be physically fit and active?

Not at all. We meet you exactly where you are, and have clients from 18 to over 80 years of age who are not regular exercisers. In fact, the majority of Mindeo clients don't exercise regularly! SynapFit® sessions combine bioaccelerating technology and movement to improve brain fitness. The sessions are tailored to your mobility and health. You are in a seated position during this time. The experience is personalized, and private, with your Brain Fitness Coach guiding you through the session. However, the goal is not to get worn out, or to push yourself hard. You do just enough exercise to get the most benefits, without feeling exhausted afterwards.
